From the introduction greeting to driving my new Envision home, top notch service! Bob Drudge is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Everything done well as expected.

I made an appointment to have my oil and filter changed and showed up at the appointed time. There was a technician/clerk immediately available to check me in and do the appropriate paperwork. I asked about when my next tire rotation was needed and he explained that they do a tire rotation at every oil change. That greatly pleased me. I asked about needing a transmission fluid change and the cost. He explained that a transmission flush and fill was due now, but since I just recently passed the 50K mark it could wait for the next oil change. Same with the fuel injectors cleaning. He also gave me the price for each, which I found to be helpful. I plan to have both services done at the next oil change. Shea has been excellent to deal with.

Bob Drudge is excellent to work with. He made everything so easy for us to get in and out of the dealership and into our brand new car. So happy with the purchase and will be returning a customer with any future vehicle purchases
