My Advisor Mike was Awesome. He listened to what my concerns were. Mike had my vehicle taken care of and cleaned. I was safely back out on the road with in a couple of hours. Thank Again Mike.

i was satisfied with what they tried to accomplish,but they could not do what was needed to address the problem because the vehicle was not stock, they thought the problem was fixed, but they were not sure, and the problem still remains.they did not charge me full price which was appreciated. being said i would still bring my vehicles there for service.

Was told the oil change would take 1 hour upon checking in and it took 1 hour! Thank you.

I dropped my Blazer off to get serviced. I was very satisfied with the customer service and that someone was available there to take me to work and pick me up after my Blazer was finished. I really appreciate that service.

Everyone was nice. I was ther to get my oil changed. I went to the wrong buliding at first but a gentleman then escorted me to the right buliding. Jason Wise in the service was very kind. I got quick service. All in alll I will be back for my next oil change. Thank You Jason!

Good customer service

Michael Wilson, Service Advisor, took excellent care of my 2024 GMC Acadia. I was enroute from Lansing to Traverse City when my car broke down. My car was towed to Shea. There were no parts available so Mike acquired a loner car to get me home while we waited for a part and ultimately the repair. THANK YOU, MIKE and Shea for your excellent customer service.
